Shipping and Handling Information

Shipping and Handling is based on your shipping location and the weight of your order. Shipments go via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the cost of each option. During checkout you can request a quicker shipping option if you need your order by a certain date.

Same Day Shipping

North Shore Distillery is committed to ship your product the same day that you place your order. Orders requesting next day delivery take priorty if same day shipping is not possible for all orders on a particular day. We are able to accomplish same day shipping 95% of the time if you place an order before 12:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday.

Returns and Refunds

In general, we allow returns within 30 days from day of purchase if they are returned in new condition. Some items are not subject to a refund and will state that in the online catalog. Any questions related to returning merchandise bought on our website should be directed store@northshoredistillery.com or 847.574.2499.

Alcohol or other items not bought through store.northshoredistillery.com can not be returned to us and should be returned to retail establishment they were bought from. Their return policy applies and we do not have control or responsibility for their policies.
